I. Energy Flow Policies

1. 15-Day Energy Alignment Period

We understand that establishing a connection with the crystal takes time and requires trust. Therefore, we offer a 15-day no-reason return and exchange service starting from the date of your receipt.

Eligibility Requirements:

Goods and accessories (certificates, bags, packaging) must be in brand new, unused condition.
Crystal raw stones and carved pieces must be free from any human damage.
The knots of the bracelets, necklaces, etc. must be intact and unaltered.

Process Guidelines:

Make the request: Within 15 days, submit a return or exchange application through the "Contact Us" form on the website or your order page.
Return instructions: We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable). Please use the original packaging to preserve the integrity of the crystal's energy during transportation.
Energy reset and refund: After inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment account within 5 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Special Note: To ensure the purity of energy fields for all family members, we do not accept returns for personal accessories (pierced earrings), products that have undergone deep rituals (Reiki/Shamanism), or custom-made items. If damaged during transport, please take photos within 24 hours of receipt.

II. Crystal Energy Maintenance Guide | Crystal Frequency Care

Each piece you have requested is an ancient messenger from the earth. Proper care helps maintain their optimal vibration.

1. Daily Cleaning

Light Wiping: Use a soft, dry ultra-fine fabric cloth to remove surface dust.
Avoid Contact: Keep crystals away from chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, sweat, and chlorinated pool water. Keep metal parts dry.

2. Deep Energy Purification (Energetic Cleansing)

Recommended once a month or whenever the energy feels "heavy".

Moon Bath: Place under the new or full moon for several hours.
Incense: Use dry sage, cedar, or sandalwood smoke.
Sound: Use singing bowls, tuning forks, or pure tones.
Crystal Charging: Place on a quartz cluster or selenite plate for several hours.

3. Important Notes

Sunlight: Avoid strong direct sunlight for amethyst, rose quartz, and fluorite as they may fade.
Handling: Crystals are brittle; avoid dropping or collisions.
Materials: Porous materials (malachite, lapis lazuli, bone/antler) must NOT be soaked in water; use smoke or sound methods instead.
Silver: Our 925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes; there is no need for deliberate polishing.
