Refund policy

1.Return and Exchange Eligibility 
Return period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, you can apply for a return. 
Product Condition: The product must be in an unused, undamaged, and unopened packaging condition, including all labels, certificates, accessories, and packaging materials. This is a prerequisite for obtaining a refund or exchange. 
Proof: Please provide the original purchase voucher (order number or electronic receipt). 
2. Does not apply to cases of returns or exchanges 
To ensure fairness for all customers, the following situations are excluded from the scope of returns or exchanges: 
Goods that have exceeded the 30-day return period. 
Due to non-product quality issues, there are individual subjective differences in perception (for example, the perception of crystal energy varies from person to person, or there are errors in the color display on the screen). 
Any goods that have been used, are damaged, worn out or have their labels removed. 
Customized products, personalized engraved items, or specially reserved energy calibration products for you (unless there is a quality issue). 
Special-priced or clearance items purchased during the promotion period (as otherwise specified). 
Gift card. 
3. Return Process (Step-by-Step Guide) 
Contact Customer Service: During the return period, please first contact us via email at [Your Customer Service Email] and provide your order number, product name, and the reason for the return. 
Obtaining authorization: Our customer service team will review your application. If the conditions are met, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return address via email. Packages returned without authorization may not be processed. 
Return of goods: Please return the goods along with all original accessories, packaging, and the return authorization number (written on the outer or inner envelope of the package), using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by us. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for the package. The risk of loss or damage during the return journey is borne by you. 
Inspection and Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the processing status via email within 5 to 10 working days. Once the goods are inspected and accepted, we will initiate the refund process. 
4. Refund Instructions 
Refund method: The refund will be returned to your original payment method in the same way. 
Refund details: We will refund the purchase amount of the goods. 
Non-refundable portion: The original shipping fee and the return shipping fee for the returned goods will not be refunded (unless the return is due to our error or the quality issue of the product). 
Processing time: The refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment service provider. It usually takes an additional 5-10 working days. 
5. Return Process 
If you wish to exchange items (for example, to change to a different style or size), please follow the "Return Process" mentioned above. When applying, please clearly state the item you wish to replace. The exchange will depend on the inventory of the new item. If the price of the new item is higher, you will need to pay the difference; if the price is lower, we will refund the difference. 
6. Defects or damage to the goods 
If the goods you receive upon delivery have manufacturing defects, are damaged, or significantly deviate from the description in your order, please contact us by email within 7 days after signing for the delivery, and attach clear photos or videos of the goods and packaging as proof. After confirmation, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for you, and bear the shipping cost for returning the defective items.
